WICHITA An estimated $300,000 worth of high-grade marijuana was recovered from a home in southeast Wichita after a real estate agent used a cellphone to photograph the drugs two days before the occupant was scheduled to move in, Wichita police said Saturday.lt;/pgt;lt;pgt;Sgt. Bruce Watts said the owner of the home contacted police Aug. 30 after seeing the pictures on her real estate agentamp;#x2019;s phone. The woman told officers that her husband had given a key to the new tenant before the scheduled Sept. 1 move-in date.lt;/pgt;lt;pgt;When officers went to the home, they found 120 pounds of marijuana that had been grown indoors with hydroponic equipment. Watts said the man who rented the house, who had a prior conviction for illegally entering the US, was turned over to immigration officials as federal prosecutors determine what charges to file.
